Privacy Policy
CSV Checker is designed for local, ephemeral diagnostics. We do not store, share, or sell your uploaded data.
File processing
- Uploaded CSV files are processed in memory only to generate a diagnostic report.
- Files are never written to disk and are discarded immediately after processing.
- We do not retain copies of uploaded files or their contents.
Reports
- Diagnostic reports are generated on demand and accessed via a temporary report token.
- Reports are not permanently stored and automatically expire after 1 hour.
- Once expired, reports and associated metadata are no longer accessible.
Analytics & telemetry
- We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics (such as page views and feature usage).
- CSV contents, row data, and field values are never sent to analytics services.
- Operational telemetry may include non-content file metadata such as file size, row count, delimiter, encoding, and file type (extension).
Data sharing
- We do not sell or share user data.
- Uploaded files and report contents are never used for training, profiling, or marketing.
